My father had no chin by the time he was 40, the skin sunk into his neck. I am about to turn 34, and I've noticed, not so much a double chin, but like others around my age who have done reviews on this procedure, less definition, its like the skin from my chin is hanging down and merging with my neck. I am probably 20 lbs overweight, I am 143 now. Should I lose the weight before the procedure? Does the procedure help prevent further sagging/fat accumulation for the future if I don't gain weight again?

Thank you for your pictures. In my opin, you need to allow this to heal for the next six months. It does not appear that you are a great candidate were a great candidate for Eric liposuction. You may need a neck lift prior to some modest weight loss.
