My experience with Dr Naman was amazing he’s such a sweet kind hearted God fearing man. Anybody that prays with you a for you is a blessing. If I had to think of a guardian angel it would definitely be him. I went through my breast reduction alone. And with the love and support i received from him the fear of being alone having a surgery for the first time was relieving. All because of Dr Naman. He also did my mom surgery as well as one of my patients an I’ve always heard great things but this time i experienced
I am a 64 year old woman who was tired of looking old and wrinkled. I originally met with Dr Naman in March and we scheduled my procedure for Mid June. My father got very ill and passed away the end of May. Dr Naman's office was so kind and understanding. We rescheduled to August. I am almost 3 weeks out and couldn't be happier. I feel like 10-15 years were taken away from my face and i couldn't be happier. Dr Naman is an excellent physician and a wonderful person. He prayed with me before my surgery. That was so special to me. I knew at that moment I was in good hands and felt very at ease. I am very thankful to have such a skilled physician. His friendly and caring staff are amazing too. Updated on 13 Sep 2024: Updated on 13 Sep 2024: I also wanted to add that Dr Naman was careful to do the type of brow lift that would not make my huge forehead any bigger. He was actually able to shorten my forehead and my wrinkles and “11’s” are totally gone. He is an artist!!
Dr. Naman did my breast reduction surgery and was the absolute best. Wonderful bedside manner, made me feel very comfortable at all time. The best thing I have ever done for myself! I highly recommend Dr. Naman if you are in need of a breast reduction!!
Had a breast reduction from DDD to C. Neck and shoulder pain is almost non-existent now. I can wear clothes I couldn't before. I have put this surgery off for years. So happy I finally got it done and Dr Naman is the best!!!!!!
If you're looking for a doctor to not only provide exceptional results but to also make you feel like family and put your nerves to ease Dr Naman and the entire crew at Chattahoochee Plastic Surgery is where you need to schedule your all your plastic surgery needs . My entire experience from the day I booked a consultation til the time I layed on the operation table was phenomenal. My breast reduction was everything I wanted and more . My recovery was smooth and I'm in love with my new self! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
I am almost 3mo out from my breast reduction surgery. Overall I am pleased with my new chest size however the shape and scars are a work in progress. Post operatively I had a small vessel that continued to bleed which resulted in a second surgery the following day. Reopening my incisions made my skin thin and it lacked the circulation it needed to heal. I understand this is a risk you take when getting cut open but I couldn’t help but to feel very discouraged for the first few weeks. Dr. Naman’s staff was very responsive to my concerns, they made time for me whenever I needed to be seen and they were very positive. My incisions have finally healed and I’m optimistic about the scars fading away completely. From my first consultation to today’s final visit, I have been happy with my experience and would recommend him to anyone looking to feel better about the way they look.
I'm so glad I put my trust in Doctor Naman. I have an athletic build and live an active life. I was very specific about what I wanted, and was very nervous of looking and feeling too top heavy. Dr. Naman brought an artist's perspective - he told me what was possible, and likely, and also what he would never suggest we attempt - which I really appreciated. The day of my surgery Dr. Naman said "in 12 weeks, the goal is you'll forget you ever had this surgery. You'll feel like you always had these breasts" and I can 100% say that's the case. They are so natural and look just like me, but better! I had no complications post-op and was so pleased with the staff through out. I was in an out, and back in the comfort of my home in no time.
I am more than happy with my results. The entire process exceeded my expectations from insurance approval, surgery and post care. Dr. Naman and his staff were amazing, too! Don't wait and don't hesitate if this is what you need!
Dr.Naman is a trusted surgeon with my family as big breast run in my family. Though I was nervous about having a breast reduction, I knew I was in great hands. The whole process was smooth from the consultation, to the day of my surgery, and even the post appointments. I was well informed, taken care of, and made a speedy recovery. I was only 21 earlier this year with my bra size being a 36I, so I know you can imagine all the struggles that came with that. I asked Dr. Naman to take my size down as small as he could and I am thankful that he successful reduced me to a full C cup. I wake up everyday amazed at his amazing work, so I highly recommend Dr.Naman if you want the best results.

Thank you for your question. You seem to be a great candidate for breast reduction. If you are like most of our patients, you will be pleased with the significant relief of neck back and shoulder pain, the ease with finding bras and clothing that fit right and the self esteem boost that usually accompany the overall improvement in the appearance of your breast, and in your case, you body as a whole. All the best of luck to you.
After BBL and TT, you can expect a challenging week or two after surgery involving sitting, moving and lying down. I advise my patient to lay on their sides until their abdomen loosens enough for them to lie face down. A recliner with well placed cushions can also be used to maintain a flexed position without putting pressure on your precious fat grafts. In any case, the best advise is to speak to your surgeon as we all have different approaches. Best of luck to you!
After four to six weeks, much of your soreness and fatigue will be gone. Most patients at this point are ready to pursue more active and strenuous activities. Do not push yourself too soon. Even if you were very healthy and active before your surgery, your body will not be able to immediately resume the same activities you could do before surgery. It will need to be gradually eased into your former exercises. If your doctor has approved that your body is ready for more active exercises, slowly introduce more physical activities like jogging, swimming, cycling, or yoga. Beginning with general cardio activities is best; still, continue to avoid abdominal exercises and heavy weight lifting. After about 12 weeks, most patients are ready to reintroduce abdominal exercises and intense weight training. The reason that patients must wait so long is due to the intense trauma of tightening the stomach muscles. Your stomach muscles will not be ready for crunches, sit-ups, or core exercises until at least 12 weeks after your tummy tuck procedure. Thank you for your question! It is very common to have moments of fear that you have caused harm to your new nose in the first month after rhinoplasty. This is because even tiny bumps to the nose causes an extreme sensation. In general, we are unaware of the amount of times you bump, rub or brush your nose throughout a normal day. It is after surgery, where you start to notice these little bumps to the nose. Extreme pain and bleeding are the signs of true trauma. Also, if your nose appears to be deviated as compared to the moments before you bumped it, it is important to seek out your surgeon. Overall, it is important to follow up with your surgeon for an examination of your healing bones and nasal tip to be certain. Thank you for your question! Have a great evening! -Dr. Vincent Naman
Numbness or nerve sensations after liposuction are not unusual. Especially three days after liposuction there is considerable swelling and possibly neuropraxia or temporary bruising of the nerves. This is not nerve damage, but just the body's response to the insult (liposuction) as it heals. Having itching feelings is a good sign since this means that the nerves are working. It may take several weeks to months to have normal feeling back. If you have concerns about nerve damage, please talk to your surgeon. He/she would gladly be able to answer questions and provide support during your recovery phase. Thank you for your question! Have a great evening. -Dr. Vincent Naman
