How tight should band stabilizer be worn after breast lift and implant surgery ? Should i wear it too tight to help in settling the implants?

This is question that you should consult with your PS about, with out seeing photos it is hard to access exactly. Depending on what the goal is for wearing the band will determine how tight the band should be worn.
