Am I a good candidate for saddle bags liposuction? (Photo)

Question

My skin is fragil & the saddlebag ears is like jelly :-( although I am 30 & train & eat good, I have seen 3 doctors & advised for laser or the vaser lipo , however my concern that I might have a more saggy skin after or skin deform , please advise .. My procedure should end of this week but I am so scared & I don't feel comfortable.. as I said my skin that area is so saggy like jelly & not tight

You are a good candidate for saddlebag liposuction.  Your surgeon should be careful not to remove too much or loose skin could develop.  Without examining you, it is difficult to say.  However, there is a discrete fat deposit in this area that could definitely be improved by fat removal.

You are young and you seem to be eating right and working out. These are positive factors working in your favor.  From what I see I do think that you are a candidate for liposuction.  Loose skin is a possibility after any procedure that removes fat from beneath the skin. However, it is fairly rare to see hanging skin in the saddlebag areas after surgery. Having said that genetics and previous large weight fluctuations can certainly increase the risk.  I have observed over the past 15 years that the type of liposuction device is much less important than the skill, experience, and artistic vision of the plastic surgeon using that device ( I have used the vast majority of them).  A good plastic surgeon can give you an excellent result with any of the devices. I would caution you against choosing your surgeon based upon the device. I wish you the best and can certainly envision a nice result!

This area usually does very well with liposuction and with the added benefit of skin retraction from the energy device.  However, no one can guarantee that your skin will not sag after this procedure.  Ask your surgeon for his or her opinion on this matter.
