You are young and you seem to be eating right and working out. These are positive factors working in your favor.  From what I see I do think that you are a candidate for liposuction.  Loose skin is a possibility after any procedure that removes fat from beneath the skin. However, it is fairly rare to see hanging skin in the saddlebag areas after surgery. Having said that genetics and previous large weight fluctuations can certainly increase the risk.  I have observed over the past 15 years that the type of liposuction device is much less important than the skill, experience, and artistic vision of the plastic surgeon using that device ( I have used the vast majority of them).  A good plastic surgeon can give you an excellent result with any of the devices. I would caution you against choosing your surgeon based upon the device.
