What is this rope like structure post lipo? (Photo)

I had lipo 8 weeks ago and have a rope like structure where the cannula tunneled. It is rock hard. I had MLD straight after, twice a week for several weeks but it did not help. Is this abdominal etching that will heal, or do I have permanent scar tissue now?
