I look like a pig, will my nose drop it will it stay upturned forever? It has been 6 months.

What you describe sounds like nasal valve collapse, which might improve with time. However the amount of improvement may be limited. You should discuss your concerns with your surgeon and discuss the functional concerns you have. Best regards.

You don't want to put pressure on the bridge of your nose after rhinoplasty for 6 weeks as your  can push the mobile bones inward.  Taping your glasses to your forehead to relieve pressure of the bridge of your nose or wearing contacts can help solve this problem.

I do think you would obtain a very nice improvement from a rhinoplasty. You would not achieve the same result as Miss Delevingne's because your skin is significantly thicker, and this will mask some of the subtleties that can be visualized through the skin. If you are looking for the exact same...
