I've been harassed and insulted by people numerous times online for my long "horse face" "giant nose" and "five head". I hate it and want to change these flaws so badly. I've always hated my nose and I breathe through my mouth which has caused the long face. Only horrible part I don't have enough for surgery to correct this.
Answer: Thanks for your question. There are two issues at play. One issue is your actual physical appearance, which is entirely normal, and the second issue is how you feel about it. You have already shared that you are concerned about your appearance, facial proportions, and nose, and you also feel that you are being ridiculed for your facial appearance. As far as dealing with your situation, my first recommendation is to do less interacting on social media, and my second recommendation is to modify your social circle and say good bye to those who do not respect you for who you are. My third recommendation is to potentially seek the advice of a counselor or professional psychologist, psychiatrist, or therapist to help you deal with your self esteem issues. As far as specific recommendations to enhance your facial appearance, it is best to seek the opinion (and perhaps more than one) of a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in facial enhancement. It does appear that the middle third of your face is vertically taller than your upper and lower thirds, and restoring facial balance can indeed enhance your facial appearance. You may also benefit from nasal enhancement to refine the shape and length of you nose. Unfortunately, it is true that these procedures can be costly, and that health insurance companies often do not consider these "medically necessary" procedures, which means that you would have to save up the money for any surgery you consider. Many plastic surgery offices participate with reputable credit agencies to allow you to finance such surgery. If your occlusion (the alignment of your teeth) is abnormal, sometimes this can indeed be considered a medical issue. If you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon, make sure that you feel that you can communicate with him or her. Photos of what you hope to achieve can be helpful. Be as specific as you can be, and if you are not sure, that is ok too. Your plastic surgeon will carefully analyze your face and make recommendations on that basis. Best of luck to you.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower, smaller nasal appearance with improved breathing. Aristotle once said, "The whole is greater than the sum of it's parts". You appear to have a youthful and attractive facial appearance. Insults and harassment from others regarding your appearance are unfounded and false. If you're dissatisfied with your nasal appearance and chronic nasal congestion, consider consulting with a reputable rhinoplasty specialist to discuss your concerns. Your nose isn't "giant", but it's a bit long and wide, and well-performed surgery may be helpful for your breathing and self-esteem, depending on your condition.Hope this helps you. Dr Joseph

Answer: What can I do to correct this? Dr Kalus on the answer below had some excellent suggestions for which you should consider strongly. From the limited photos presented, there is an overly projected nose and an under projecting chin. Consider a rhinoplasty to shorten the nose, lift the tip and shave down the dorsal hump. A septoplasty may be required to improve airflow dynamics through the nose, which may be covered under medical insurance. Consider a chin implant to help with facial balance and proportions, especially from the side profile and the overly projecting nose. Chin implants can be performed under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure. For more information in many examples, please see the link and the video below

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. First, cheer up...you have a very pretty face. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. You may also benefit from a cephalic rotation of your tip to turn up your tip slightly and a conservative dorsal hump reduction. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Facial Reshaping The combination of a rhinoplasty and a sliding genioplasty that brings your chin forward AND shortens it is the key to changing your overall facial shape. This will change your long face into a more proportionate one.
