I want to know if it's possible to get my nose looking like Cara Delevingne's or if I'll end up with a fugly nose if y'all try to fix it and just make it worse. I'm broke so I'm not about to spend money to fix something y'all mess up. I'm willing to pay a lot of money: I'm just askin if I can fix it. Be honest
Answer: Wide nose While your nose can be defined better and the bump reduced as well as the tip lifted, it will not look exactly like Cara's nose. Your skin thickness is different and your nasal anatomy is different. I do think that a rhinoplasty could improve your nose though I just want you to fully understand the expectations. I would suggest seeking a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the possibilities as well as the limitations specific to your nose.

Answer: Rhinoplasty and thick skin I do think you would obtain a very nice improvement from a rhinoplasty. You would not achieve the same result as Miss Delevingne's because your skin is significantly thicker, and this will mask some of the subtleties that can be visualized through the skin. If you are looking for the exact same nose as her, you will be very disappointed. However, if you are seeking in improving your nose significantly - achieved by obtaining a more balanced tip, refining your bridge, and in essence making your nose achieve a better harmonious appearance with your face - then I think you will be very happy. Many surgeons - myself included - will offer 3D-imaging and morphing software that can provide you with a preview of what can realistically be achieved through surgery. I would encourage you to make an appointment with several doctors to hear of what can and can't be accomplished, and then hopefully you can make an informed decision of how and whether to proceed. Good luck!

Answer: Rhinoplasty Thank you for your question. From looking at the pictures you provided you definitely can reduce and refine the nose. I agree that it is difficult to make your nose look exactly like someone else's, because everybody's anatomy is different. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon and get a better look. It is always easier to predict results with a physical consultation. Best of luck! Dhaval M. Answer: Wide and there's a bump and it's round and ugly. Is my nose fixable? While it is possible to cosmetically improve the appearance of your nose with an artistically performed rhinoplasty, if you fully expect to get a nose exactly like someone else, you will be disappointed in your final result. If any one promises that you can achieve that exact result, I would be wary. Keep in mind that following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you what to do based on a limited two dimensional photo without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of each operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) or facial plastic surgeon (ENT) that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person. Robert Singer, MD FACS La Jolla, California

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. You may also benefit from a cephalic rotation of your tip to turn up your tip slightly and a conservative dorsal hump reduction. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
