I had rhinoplasty 2 months ago and I can't breathe. When I inhale above nostrils go in and out and it feels like I can't get any air through my nostrils. If my valves have collapsed- can this improve with time as healing goes down? Or will it never improve and surgery will be needed? I never had any breathing problems before this. Also is it dangerous for the valves to collapse? Or is it just discomfort only? Why does this happen?

The swelling will eventually subside. A lot of patience is required. Swelling varies from patient to patient. In some patients, the swelling seems to take longer to settle. Rest assured it eventually will.
