Hi, I'm trying not to trouble my Rhino surgery doctor, who I would like to add is Dr. Richard Reish...I think he's awesome .I was there December 8th. I'm a bit nervous about general anesthesia. How far down does the tube go into the throat.will I get knocked out right away.I need my nose bridge to be reduced drastically, my nose tip shortened, more refined, way less bulbulous and Dr. Reish said he fix my nostrils too, and up turn the tip a bit..I will have a much softer way smaller nose
