I had FFS 7 months ago and I have excess soft tissue from genioplasty reduction. I had a pretty large chin before FFS and now the bone is a lot smaller. The soft tissue has created these indents in my chin and makes the lower half of my face look heavy. The first arrow is the soft tissue and the second arrow is bone. I was told by two surgeons already that there wasn't much they could do besides add some fat to fill out the dents. I really just hate my chin and I really need help.
