Would another procedure make this worse?

i got a closed rhinoplasty in 2019 mainly to reduce a dorsal hump. i started developing a slight boney callus. because my doctor said it would be easy to rasp it under local anesthesia, i went ahead with that procedure in 2020. since then, the callus has grown back and is significantly worse than before. it is on the top and side of my bridge as well as between my eyebrows. i had steroid injections after both procedures. is there any way to fix this? or would it just get worse no matter what

A full set of facial photographs from all angles are required to make a determination about undergoing your third rhinoplasty procedure. Copies of the operative reports would also be helpful. It's important understand that bone is living tissue and can grow back, usually about 10% of the time

To make an assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. Without seeing your outcome, it’s hard to give you an assessment.
I suggest scheduling a few in person second opinion consultations to get a more accurate assessment, and better understanding of treatment options.
