In general, shaving small irregularities off the bridge of the nose like you have, is not performed in the office. In our experience, this may require general anesthetic and exposing the entire skeleton of your nose to deal with the problem. Sometimes, we use microdroplet Silikon-1000 to camouflage smaller regularities and patients within skin. Your candidacy for this would always require an examination. I hope this is helpful! It’s a little difficult to understand what your concerns are based on your post. Considering you’ve had multiple procedures your situation is a bit complex. Septoplasty is going to be limited to how much of the septum can be addressed through a septoplasty. The skeletal part of the septum cannot be Corrected by a simple septoplasty.
I suggest you follow up with your provider and have him or her address your concerns. If you need a second opinion consultation, then schedule, those is in person consultations bringing with you a complete set of proper before and after pictures and copies of your previous operative reports.
