Hi! I’ve had rhinoplasty before to messed my bulbous nose and straighten the bone. I like the bridge of my nose however I still disliked the tip of my nose after 5 years post op. Profile wise my nose still protrudes more than I’d like. My nostrils also still go up so where my nose LOOKS droopy only when I smile. Another huge (probably the biggest) reason are my nostrils are too defined. I’ve circled where the sides of my and middle of my nose meet. It’s very indented like an arrow.

When the bump on your nose bothers you enough to have an operation then you’re ready for a revision.
