What type of revision rhinoplasty do I need? Tip/nostrils are TOO defined. I want an undefined nose (Photo)

You are seeing the definition of the cartilage where it is rotated. You may also have some breathing problems relevant to this in that it may be hard to breathe when you deeply inhale.
This can be addressed by repositioning and strengthening those cartilages so they are less visible as a line on the side of your nose.

To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of a plastic surgery procedure we always need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures and contact your surgeon and ask them to forward the pictures they took. At five years they should still have your medical records available for you.
You should also get a copy of your operative report. These are available upon request. Of the nostrils is fairly complex and secondary rhinoplasty. Always requires an in person, assessment and consultation.
I suggest scheduling multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community who have a proven track record with rhinoplasty surgery. you can then describe what you’re hoping to achieve and the surgeon can tell you what they can or cannot accomplish.
