Yes, a rhinoplasty can increase the length of the nose. However, that may or may not be desirable. It appears your nose is very wide at the base and you may be better off narrowing the base of the nose to give it a better appearance than lengthening.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hi Generally speaking a few millimeters can be achieved if the nasal anatomy allow for it. It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss the surgical procedure and the post op recovery process.
