As far as I can understand from your question It will be possible to make a more accurate evaluation if you can send your photos from the side profile at 95 degree angles and with better light.

Based on your photos, you appear to have relatively thick nasal skin and a broad and flat nasal appearance. Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower appearance in the upper middle and lower thirds of your nose. To add length to your nose would be a very difficult undertaking. Hello, hope you are well. Yes, your nose could be made to appear longer. The best way to do this is probably by augmenting your bridge and raising the radix, not by lowering the tip.

Yes, a rhinoplasty can increase the length of the nose. However, that may or may not be desirable. It appears your nose is very wide at the base and you may be better off narrowing the base of the nose to give it a better appearance than lengthening.

Hi Generally speaking a few millimeters can be achieved if the nasal anatomy allow for it. It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss the surgical procedure and the post op recovery

When we talk about the length of the nose, we generally are referring to the vertical heights of the nose.
Perhaps you are referring to forward projection.
Lengthening the vertical height of the nose is not done very often, but augmenting the nose to give more forward projection can be done with the use of Implants or cartilage grafting.
It can also be done with the use of fillers.

Rhinoplastic surgery is fairly complex and can be difficult.
