I am 14 months post op and my tip has always been like this. When I tape it goes temporarily but I'm wondering if it's excess skin. What do you think? First pic is how it looks 24/7 and the second pic is after I massage it.

Based on your narrative, you have several complicated issues that need photographs to help demonstrate your concerns. In that regard, perhaps showing photographs of your nose while breathing and not breathing, along with preop for the photos, may be helpful. Thank you for your question....
