There are 3 components to the tip- 1) the tip appearance from a frontal (head on) view, 2) tip projection (how much it sticks out) from a profile (side view), 3) tip rotation (how much it sticks up or down) from a profile view. In your profile view there is some fullness at the supra-tip area before massage. This is likely oedema related, not skin excess. Regular massage and night taping will help.

As far as I can understand from your question depending on the skin structure, it sometimes takes 1.5 to 2 years for the edema to completely disappear and the nose to take its shape. I recommend you to be examined by your surgeon.

In our experience, nasal taping leads to a completely temporary result. Depending on your examination, revision rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a less projected and rotated nasal tip appearance.
