I had a septorhinoplasty in the UK in July 2022 and my nasal bridge looks bigger than before. It looks fine sometimes and then swells up. I would have expected all swelling to have gone by now. I’ll book a post-op with the surgeon soon but can anyone advise? I spent a lot and did it in the UK with hopes of no complications. I’ve attached one before pic, two post surgery pics where one looks fine and another with a lot of swelling on a random day. These are recent pics

Based on your narrative, you have several complicated issues that need photographs to help demonstrate your concerns. In that regard, perhaps showing photographs of your nose while breathing and not breathing, along with preop for the photos, may be helpful. Thank you for your question....

As far as I can understand from your question I recommend you lip lift together with rhinoplasty operation so that you will have a more harmonious image with your face.
