This is a follow up question to my previous post. I had a breast reduction in January 2022, I was a 42 M. 11LBs was removedI had a lot of complications following the procedure and lost a lot of volume. I had 650cc mentor HP implants put in last March. I went in a D came out a D. I am redoing them next month and can’t decide between 960 M+ or 775 Gel boost. I can’t seem to find any pictures of the difference. I want bigger but I want a fuller look in the top of my breasts, a more rounded look.

Downsizing from 650 cc to 550 cc implants will probably result in excess hanging skin and you will need a donut mastopexy. This can be done at the same time as the implant exchange.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there is no easy fix. Many years ago, I pioneered a technique specifically for patients like you termed "Reductive Augmentation". This involves an internal bra-capsulorrhaphy, revision of the mastopexy-lift, and excision of the lower pole breast tissue...
Do not go bigger. You are not supporting what you now have and will not support heavier implants. On your side view, you can see you are bottoming out now. Do not go bigger.
