Why are my nipples still asymmetric after bottoming out repair? (Photos)

Probably your nipple is in the correct place, but your breast has bottomed out some which makes the nipple look too high.

The different could be evened out by a simple skin resection on the left side to make the nipple to fold distance on the left match the nipple to fold distance on the right. I would recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon with extensive aesthetic breast surgery experience.
