Why are my nipples still asymmetric after bottoming out repair? (Photos)

I had my 1st aug under muscle in 2021. I bottomed out on the left side a few months after. In 2023 I did an implant exchange while getting my left pocket "reinforced". Immediately after the 2nd surgery I noticed the left nipple was still higher, but the breasts themselves seemed mostly even. I gave it time and paid close attention to them and the incisions are still even and did not rise at all but my nipple is still high. Did he just not fix the nipple? Or do you think it's still bottomed out?
