Downsizing from 650 cc to 550 cc implants will probably result in excess hanging skin and you will need a donut mastopexy. This can be done at the same time as the implant exchange.

I would downsize just to have less weight on the neck and shoulders. Your surgeon can tighten your pocket internally.

Thank you for writing. It would help to have more information regarding your measurements such as how tall are you how much do you weigh what size bra do you wear what is your chest measurement?
For do you prefer breasts that are rounder on your chest like a grapefruit or more projecting with less breast on the side of your chest. The profile of the implant in your case high and extra high are a tradeoff for the diameter of the breast given the same volume.
