If implant is too large, will it cause loose skin or deformities when downsizing in implants? From 650cc to 550cc

Downsizing from 650 cc to 550 cc implants will probably result in excess hanging skin and you will need a donut mastopexy. This can be done at the same time as the implant exchange.

Thank you for writing. It would help to have more information regarding your measurements such as how tall are you how much do you weigh what size bra do you wear what is your chest measurement?
For do you prefer breasts that are rounder on your chest like a grapefruit or more projecting with less breast on the side of your chest. The profile of the implant in your case high and extra high are a tradeoff for the diameter of the breast given the same volume. Secondary breast surgery can be complex and needs to be done by an experienced plastic surgeon.
