I had a BA 8 years ago for flat chest. Dr measured nipple to inframmamary fold 4.5cm; stretched, 6cm. He squeezed in 460cc, allergen #45. High profile. Was a small D cup. Loved the results but noticed fullness had gone down after 6-7 years. Got a revision to regain fullness. Dr said I’d need 600cc to achieve that. I didn’t want that large of an implant. I said I wanted around 550cc. He gave me 650cc, inspira srx. I’m worried it’s too big for my chest. Would downsizing look funny from larger?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there is no easy fix. Many years ago, I pioneered a technique specifically for patients like you termed "Reductive Augmentation". This involves an internal bra-capsulorrhaphy, revision of the mastopexy-lift, and excision of the lower pole breast tissue...
Do not go bigger. You are not supporting what you now have and will not support heavier implants. On your side view, you can see you are bottoming out now. Do not go bigger.
