Your photographs are inadequate to determine if you have a deviated septum. You would benefit from a rhinoplasty and possible a septoplasty. This takes 2 hours to perform under general anesthesia and costs $8,000.

the only way one can tell if you have a deviated septum is by looking inside your nose, so photos on the outside are not goingt o be helpful enough.

Hello and thank you for your question. An intranasal speculum evaluation will be the best way to determine if you have a deviated septum. Your breathing can likely be improved with surgery. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

It could be likely that you have a deviated septum from the incident you had as a child. However, in order to evaluate and give you an accurate and appropriate diagnosis and evaluation it would be best to have a face to face consultation with a certified ENT.
