1 year post op - were my turbinates reduced excessively?

Hi, I’ve had septorhinoplasty+ turbinates reduction. I’m wondering if my turbinates were reduced excessively. I can tell that the heads are still the same and there is some left overs of the right tail. Symptoms: chronic rhinitis,runny nose, congestion,poor air sensation(but I think it might be related to the rhinitis), post nasal drip. Dust mite allergy as well. An ENT told that about 60% has been reduced. The coronal view shows that about 80% is gone, But the axial shows that about 50% is gone

If you are experiencing chronic nasal inflammation along with nasal congestion, the best recommendation would be to visit a reputable otolaryngologist or facial plastic surgeon to determine why this is happening. If too much turbinate tissue was removed, there tends to be nasal crusting, but somebody typically has a good nasal Airway. It's not clear to me why you are feeling congested.
