Hi, I underwent a Septo rhinoplasty a year ago. 3 months post op, I started woke up with constant runny nose, Few months later, Starting having chronic post nasal drip as well. I assumed that there is some sort of sinuses issue. Got a post OP CT scan. What should be the gold standard treatment in that case? I don׳t want to make a one larger opening... Please look at the right side which seems to be damaged.

I am unsure from your question if you are 1 or 2 years out from surgery -- the title of your question states 28 months, and the question stem mentions you had your surgery last June... In general, it takes 12-18 months to fully heal from a rhinoplasty...
If you only had a closed septoplasty (no rhinoplasty or external nasal work done), it would be highly unusual to experience this sensitivity with glasses. Maybe check with your surgeon to see what could be going on.
