Pain in nose when using eye glasses 2.5 years after septoplasty, is there a solution?

Hi I did septoplasty before 2 and half years and till now i have pain in nose when i put glasses (even sun glasses) I checked my eye for any change in prescription, and tried multiple types of frames but it is same Is there any solution for this Thanks and regards

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos with revision rhinoplasty, it is possible to get the look you want, you may need to use extra cartilage from your ear or ribs because you have had surgery before. It would be better face to face consultation. Best Regards!
