I am 30 and looking into getting a Brow lift but I’m not sure if this is the right option for me. Back in 2017, I did upper blepharoplasty & though the results were great I still have excess skin & low brows. I also have static 11s (I’ve has these my whole life) that I want removed. I’m constantly being asked if I’m angry or tired. Botox of any sort does not work and I don’t want to user fillers in this area as I know it’s high risk for blindness.
Answer: Non-Surgical Chemical Brow Lift for Eyelid Rejuvenation -- add Ultherapy, Thread Lifting, RF Skin Tightening, Laser Treatments As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: "Eleven Lines" Typically Respond To Appropriate Concentrations & Amounts Of Botox I have personally been injecting Botox for the "eleven lines" since 1991. In my very extensive experience, I have seldom encountered eleven lines that are truly resistent to neuromodulators. What I have encountered frequently, however, is the situation where novice, inexperienced injectors have used either too low a concentration of neuromodulator and/or too little neuromodulator to get the job done. In the event that there may be some resistance to Botox, Xeomin may be tried in place of Botox. Finally, vis-a-vis the use of filler in the glabella area to elevate and smooth persistent creases, it is worth noting that in experienced hands, the very superficial placement of tiny amounts of a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler can safely be used to elevate and smooth persistent, etched-in creases in the glabella region. I have been routinely been using this combined regimen for static and dynamic frown lines for many decades with typicallyt very gratifying results. You would be wise to make sure to consult an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.

Answer: Brow lift Based on your description/pictures, it sounds like you have excess skin and low brows, as well as the "static 11s" between your eyebrows that give the appearance of anger or fatigue. A brow lift, also known as a forehead lift, is a surgical procedure that can address these concerns by raising the eyebrows and smoothing forehead wrinkles. However, it is important to keep in mind that any surgical procedure carries some risks and potential complications, and it may not be the right choice for everyone. You may want to consider consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon or facial plastic surgeon who can evaluate your individual needs and goals, as well as your medical history and any potential risk factors. They can help you determine if a brow lift is a good option for you or if there are other procedures or treatments that may be more suitable. It's also important to have realistic expectations for the outcome of any cosmetic procedure. While a brow lift can improve the appearance of the forehead and brows, it may not completely eliminate all wrinkles or lines, and it's important to discuss these expectations with your surgeon beforehand. Finally, it's important to understand that every surgical procedure has some level of risk, and it's important to carefully consider these risks before making a decision. You should always choose a qualified and experienced surgeon, who can help minimize the risks and ensure the best possible outcome. I hope this helps, best of luck !

Answer: Age 30, will a eyebrow lift or upper eyelids be the best option The photographs are very limited, but it does appear that you have adequate height to your eyebrow position. Consider an upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin touching your eyelashes. Performing a brow lift might make you look too surprised based on these photographs
