Rhinoplasty effect on appearance of deep-set eyes? (Photos)

Although rhinoplasty would not actually change to the position of your eyes, performing a dorsal hump reduction, can make your eyes appear less set back by changing the relative position of your nose.  I think you are a good candidate for this procedure.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

If the distance between the nose bones has to be narrowed or the bridge is augmented during the rhinoplastymay make the eyes look closer to each other and deeper set. However from the limited views that you have shared with us it does not appear that you have deep set eyes. You would be a candidate for a chin augmentation, preferably with a sliding osteotomy. You may wish to post or e-mail your front and head tilted back views of your face to one us who also has a craniofacial surgery experience to discuss the position of your eyes more in depth with you.

From the limited photographs, the nose itself appears very well shaped other than the small nasal hump present.  A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump and narrowing the branch line with osteotomies.  Consider a chin implant to help with a weak and recessive chin profile.    Placement of the chin implant will help facial balance and proportions from the side profile, especially with respect to the projection of the nose.    For many examples of this combination, please see the link and the video below
