Droopy eyelid and deep laughing lines

I am trying to avoid surgery will radio frequency machines or Ultherapy work for my eyelid and laughing line and which is best for me, is surgery is a must? Thank you

In my practice, we have options beyond blepharoplasty to remove the upper eyelid skin. Sometime we create a more open eye appearance using brow ultherapy and botox. The eyelid skin can be improved with ThermiEyes (radiofrequency) and our Madonna lift (CO2 laser). There are lots of options now

Both radiofrequency treatments and Ultherapy® are great for tightening skin, which includes laugh lines, the "accordion" or "pleating" of the cheek and eyelids, even in patients with moderate-to-severe laxity. We often recommend patients to alternate treatments every few months.

One would definately need to see better photos before making that decision. I would recommend a consultationg with someone who has the ability to do surgery and the non invasive procedures to get the best answer. The consultation would allow the physician to truly know your expectations which is critical. Often, with a combination of modalities, one can defer surgery but rarely can one get a surgical type result non invasively, so I would recommend a board certified plastic surgeon, well versed or specializing in cosmetic surgery but who also offers some of these other modalities to get the best answer.
