Thank you very much for your question.I'm sorry you had that experience, and I hope you have told your story to others in the hopes that they won't repeat what you did.I would have a very difficult time placing fat into your buttocks.  Even though your staph infection was years ago, I would worry that you still had residual infection near some of the silicone pockets, and by placing fat into the area, I would "stir something up" and cause you to have an even worse infection.  Other doctors may feel more comfortable doing this at 6 years, however.  We all have our own opinions.To help your buttocks, and shape overall, a tummy tuck, breast reduction, and either a bra line backlift or a lower body lift would shape your torso nicely (you would get some buttocks lifting with the body lift).  I recommend consulting with a local plastic surgeon who can talk examine you in person and discuss your options. 

Adding fat to an area that has had free silicone injections may increase the risk for complications.
