My doc says that he can do a BBL reversal if a patient absolutely doesn't like it (rare of course, but he says it happens). My understanding is that the fat for a BBL is placed in tiny amounts into the muscle, and therefore it would be impossible to reverse. If the doc can do a reversal of his BBLs, does that mean he's placing fat in the wrong place, and only placing it under the skin?
