Do I really need 60 units of botox & 7 syringes of filler age 32? I want to fix sunken eyes, tear trough & bigger lip. (Photos)

Thank you for your question and sharing your photos. 60 units of Botox are enough to treat all three areas of the face : glabella, crows feet and forehead. Do you need to do so ? The answer is NO, at least not in one shot. 7 syringes of fillers, it seems a lot to be injected right away and very strange that they were able to figure it out just by looking at you.The main goal is to  provide a customized degree of facial rejuvenation to your specific goals and condition to achieve the younger and natural look you want.  It is about the ‘make-under’ rather than the ‘make-over’ effect. I believe that the more natural, understated look is far more appealing.  Beauty is about enhancing what you have. Taking this particular "AGGRESSIVE" enhancement with 60 units of Botox and 7 syringes of fillers in one setting is definitely "make-over" job. Please get second opinion for you commit to anything. 

The amount of filler needed is variable to each person and their individual goals. For under eyes, I recommend a combination of fillers with lasers and microneedling/prp to get the most improvement. Sculptra can help rebuild collagen and augment the cheeks. These fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill), fat or implants are alternatives. Based on your pictures and age, I think 60 units of Botox and 7 syringes is far too much. The goals of injectable should be to soften wrinkles and lines that occur with aging while elegantly blending aesthetic regions of the face that demarcate with age. If over-injected, the results can be difficult and expensive to reverse. You can always start slow and come back in 2 weeks to your plastic surgeon or dermatologist if not completely satisfied.

It is very common to use two syringes for the cheeks and under the eyes. 3 syringes for the lips sounds a bit high but the doctor may be planning to use it around the mouth as well. It is very important to feel comfortable with your doctor and the treatments you are recieving. You can always start with less, evaluate and then add more. Make sure to ask them all your questions as well so that you have a very clear understanding of their goal. Thank you for your question. This really depends on what your goals are. However, I like to with less Botox and fillers in my younger patients. I like to start with 1 syringe of filler for the lips, 1 per side for tear troughs and 1-2 syringes of filler per cheek and then assess the results at 2 weeks. It is then you can have more filler or Botox injected if you desire. It is best to start with smaller doses and add more if necessary. I recommend getting a second opinion from an expert injector as these doses seem very high. Best of Luck!

No - you do not need that much product.  It is hard to tell from photos but on average 1-2 syringes cheeks for your age which can be used to treat the cheeks from the lateral to the mid-face, which will improve the tear trough area.  Then reevaluate the tear trough and see if any correction is still needed.Lips--- on average up to 1 syringe.  Getting a filler is like getting a haircut-- you can always go back for another appointment and get more if needed.  Injecting too much at the first appointment increases your risks overall so it is safer to be more conservative and will also provide a much more natural look.

Your question is really good.  It really depends on your goal and who is injecting you.  Most of the before and after pictures you see of people are with about 60 units of botox and 7 syringes for fillers.  It is possible with an expert injector, to inject in multiple areas with 2-3 syringes, but the expectation will need to be clear.  For example, some tear troughs need 1-2 syringes, while others we only use half a syringe for mild improvement.  Lips, at your young age and to maintain a natural look, with a single syringe you will be happy.  Cheeks are where often times more volume can be used with subtle results, but it is possible with a single syringe to make a significant improvement.  I would say it depends on the injector.  In the area of town where we practice, the average amount we inject is about 1-3 syringes per person, despite the need for more, but just 30 minutes away, the average amount of syringes is 5-7 per patient.  Fillers need yearly maintenance, so find a budget you are comfortable with and start with less and add more if you would like.  In general, a simple answer would be a syringe per decade of life in age, for example a 32 year old would get 3 syringes, whereas a 50 year old needs at least 5 syringes, etc. Botox is also dependent on the injector.  Average units for women is 50-60 in the US, but in Europe and other parts of the world, with different techniques, an average can be 30-40 units, based on dilutions and expertise of the injector.  In our office, our average is 25-40 units due to different techniques and dilutions and goals for a more "natural" look.  Good luck and unfortunately the answer to your question is complicated and depends on the injector. 

I typically like to start with a more natural approach.  If a client has a particular concern, it often makes sense to correct the issues in a stepwise fashion, ie in multiple sessions, so that the results are not too obvious.  In your case, I would start with a lesser amount of Botox and maybe 1-2 fillers initially and see how you like the results.  
You can always add more.  But you can't remove once the product is put in.  And sometimes "less is more" as the saying goes.
At your age, this much Botox and fillers seems a bit too much.  Make sure you are meeting with a qualified physician and maybe also look at other clients to see if you like their results.

this is a very good question.  Your age, degree of volume loss and what areas you want enhanced will determine how much filler and botox is needed.  Typically on someone your age I would use 1-2 syringes in the cheek area, 1 syringe for the tear troughs and 1-2 for the lips. It is important that you consult with an experienced injector to address your issues. I would start on the low side as you can always add more product as you go along. You do not want to look overdone. In terms of the botox, again it depends on how deep and dynamic your lines are and what areas you want treated.  I have used that much botox in patients but again typically they are older and have deeper furrows.
