Can this hole in the tip of my nose be fixed? The pore has already been cut out and stitched 3 times-won't stay closed (Photos)

Hello and thank you for your question.  The
best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  You may benefit from fat grafting or filler in combination with scar release or scar excision.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

Without knowing how it appeared in the first place, answering the question would be impossible.  Without an exam, it will not be possible to fully evaluate you and give you recommendations. 

I would have a dermatologist take a close look at the area. There must be a good reason why it won't heal and you want to address medical causes before worrying about the cosmesis.
