Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  I am sorry to hear of your difficulties after filler placement but without feeling the tissues it is difficult to offer definite advice.  At times between the filler placement and tissue swelling results may look irregular initially and will improve over the next 10 days.  It often takes up to 2 weeks for fillers to soften and the tissues to appear more natural.  In the meantime try reducing the swelling by using cold compresses to your lips and elevating your head at night with a couple of extra pillows behind your back.  You may want to also consider using Arnica Montana and bromelain as supplements.  Hang in there and communicate with your injector as your results mature to ensure you receive the improvement desired.

Please please be patient.  Having just been injected, the skin will have localized swelling simply from the needle sticks alone.  As this mild swelling subsides, and the filler draws in some water from the surrounding tissue, together with normal motion and function of the lip and cheek, this will almost certainly smooth out.  Please follow up with your injector.  The nice thing about HA fillers - you can add to it if needed, but if you dont like the results, massage can help, or an enzyme can be injected to remove or decrease the volume.  And in worse case scenario, you know if will ultimately go away on its own.It is far too early to judge the results.  Be patient and see how it is in a week.best wishes.
