Septum is deviated to the right Sidewalls are uneven and way too wide Columella very crooked Nostrils are very uneven. Right nostril seems to be collapsed Bulbous tip Tip points left Dents on bridge

You would benefit from a rhinoplasty and septoplasty using an open approach.  The cartilage has to be realigned as well as the bone.  The tip needs to be refined at the same time.

Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty, In your case, you would need a septoplasty and something called spreader grafts to straighten nose.  I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

Based on your photographs, your nose could be straightened with extended spreader grafts, extended alar contour grafts, septal reset, nasal tip deprojection, among other maneuvers. You seem to be good candidate for septorhinoplasty. This complex procedure will address all functional issues with your airway as well as aesthetic aspect of the nose. A series of cartilage grafts needed for reconstruction will be harvested from cartilage removed during septoplasty. It appears that you have internal nasal valve collapse and asymmetric support to your tip. Treatment of this would require internal nasal valve spreader grafts along with open rhinoplasty and possible cartilage harvest from ears or ribs. I would recommend that you discuss with your primary surgeon.
