Answer: Nasal issues It appears that you have internal nasal valve collapse and asymmetric support to your tip. Treatment of this would require internal nasal valve spreader grafts along with open rhinoplasty and possible cartilage harvest from ears or ribs. I would recommend that you discuss with your primary surgeon.
