Is your nose crooked? A little bit - it seems to be a little bit convex to the left side of your face. Is this a substantial amount that you necessarily need to get it corrected? Not necessarily. Only you can decide if that's worth it. I bet most people would not really look at your nose and say it looks crooked.
Everyone has slight facial asymmetries, however, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance on both front view and profile view. Based on your photos, it's not clear why your nasal appearance is affecting your daily life. Considered discussing this with your physician. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Your nose is crooked and you would benefit from a rhinoplasty. Several things can be done such as realign the nose so it is not crooked, correct the small dorsal hump and the tip can be refined.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
You are right; your nose does have a tilt, and it can definitely be fixed. The tilt seems to come mostly from a tilted septum or the softer part of your nose, although the bones are also involved. To correct this, cartilage grafts called spreader grafts and special suturing techniques will be used to support the straightened septum permanently. The nose bones may also need reshaping. Additionally, the tip cartilages will need to be made symmetrical since they can grow and shape differently due to the tilt. The crooked nose surgery is not an easy operation, and your choice of surgeon will probably matter more than usual in the outcome.Dr. B.
I think you are a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. However getting your nose perfectly straight is the most difficult part and might not be possible to achieve
Hello and thank you for your question. Your nose could be straightened during Rhinoplasty. Other maneuvers for your surgery could include tip elevation, tip refinement, dorsal hump reduction, tip deprojection, among other maneuvers.. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G.
