hi - my concerns are that i have a slight bump and bulbous tip. am i seeing things correctly or is this something that can be fixed?

Answer: Rhinoplasty to improve shape... Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The bump can be taken down and the tip refined to make it thinner. It should give a nice result that looks natural at the same time. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
