33/5' 7"/133lbs/active/no children.Went to a medispa bc they were having a special on coolsculpting. My trouble areas are my thighs and my little tummy. I was so excited, had checkbook in hand, ready to go! But she said I was not a good candidate and that my problem was 'loose skin'. I explained I have never had children and never lost a bunch of weight. I only consulted this one place. So, here I am asking for a 2nd opinion. I just wanted to look Streamlined as I'm happy with my weight.
Answer: Coolsculpting Candidate Thanks for your question. It is a bit difficult to determine your candidacy based on pictures only but to be a good candidate for coolsculpting there needs to be pinchable fat. You may have more loose skin than fat which would not make you an ideal candidate. You should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person assessment as this is always best. Regards,

Answer: CoolSculpting Information Thank you for your question and photographs! In your case I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion from a certified and reputable physician for a private consultation. This way they can help you and understand and explain why a different treatment method may be needed and more beneficial or if you are in fact a qualified candidate. Without seeing you for a consultation it is difficult to assess. With our patients, we combine CoolSculpting Cryolipolysis for the reduction of fat and the CORE V-FORM to restore collagen and improve the skins firmness. CoolSculpting alone will not address firmness. Using this combined technique helps us to address the target areas of concern while restoring the skins firmness and achieving an overall astonishing end result. I have treated many patients like you with similar concerns and they have had amazing results. It is worth a second look. For more information regarding your question, please see the video below. Good luck to you!

Answer: Why Was I Rejected for CoolSculpting? Ask a Dermatologist You are correct in seeking a second opinion for why you were rejected as a CoolSculpting candidate. Skin laxity does not only occur after weight loss or childbearing. It can also occur due to aging, sun damage, and genetics. From your photos, it looks like you might benefit from CoolSculpting to the inner thighs, backs of thighs and abdomen. However, there may be a problem with skin laxity in the abdominal area. If the laxity is slight, treating the area with Thermage or Ultherapy may tighten the skin sufficiently to give a good outcome to the CoolSculpting. Other procedures, ThermiTight (internal) or ThermiSmooth (external), may be performed for the abdomen because skin tightening and fat reduction can be achieved simultaneously with these radiofrequency devices. This can only be determined with an in-person consultation with a board-certified dermatologist who is not only an expert in CoolSculpting, but has other therapies available that may maximize results, depending on your particular issues.

Answer: CoolSculpting Hello, Thank you for your question. It is difficult to assess the stomach area through pictures, however your legs would do great with CoolSculpting. You may want to consult with another physician in your area who will conduct a full body consultation. Good luck!

Answer: Coolsculpting with loose skin On the frontal photo the skin looks a bit loose, it would take and in person evaluation to feel the fat to know just how loose, and how much there is to pinch. We’ve seen a little skin tightening with coolsculpting but it is mild and the expectation should be that only fat will be reduced.
