this does not looks like necrosis. This appears as if it is bruising that should resolve over time.

I as well have treated many patients with IUD in place and all have done well. The laser does not disturb the IUD as it is in your uterus and the laser treats the vaginal walls.

PRP involves removing blood and both Co2 and PRP are optional procedures. In pregnancy, we do not recommend optional procedures because if something negative happens, both you and your baby are affected and your baby is developing. I would recommend against doing either and then pursue after pregnancy. 

when we first got our machine I treated my own face and had similar issue, but believe it was due to hydration. I believe that in the absence of other issues (such as infection) your skin needs lots of hydration and is pulling from anywhere it can find. My eyes were really dry and I got tired more easily-   That being said, drink more water and I love an epionce product -priming oil and found that great skin products and drinking a lot as well as using artificial tears really helped get me through. 

I would tell folks that I would first try to find out why chronic yeast infection is there as I believe this to be part of a bigger issue in the body overall.   The femilift is awesome for increasing vagianl lubrication and vaginal health without hormones and this can be very helpful in the big scope of things, but I would still look into the yeast thing more.
