Hi, thank you for your question. In general, up to 5 liters of liposuction can be performed in one sitting for safety reasons. It looks like you would have a wonderful result with significantly less volume than that removed. It is reasonable to do this at the same time as a breast reduction, as long as you are going to a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced in combining multiple procedures and who can do so efficiently and safely. In terms of cost, this will be expensive. You may be able to get insurance to cover the breast reduction. Liposuction generally costs between 3-5k for the first area and less for each additional area depending on geography and physician experience. Beyond small discounts from well-known doctors, please do not look for bargain pricing! It is much safer to wait until you can afford a safe, excellent surgeon.
