It is possible to create a more masculine nose by adding grafts to increase bridge height, whether the graft(s) originate from your own cartilage (ear, septum etc.), or from an implant. Male rhinoplasty, when performed properly, has a different aesthetic, and the goal should be a handsome, masculine nose, often with more substance than a female rhinoplasty so that the male face is harmoniously balanced.

In addition, you probably would benefit from a higher projection of your dorsum. To achieve these goals there are specific suturing techniques, and stabilizing techniques used. Based on these photos, you have short and small nose. It will require enlargement of the dorsum (height) as well as lenghtening, using your own tissue in form of cartilge grafts, fascia, etc. It is very complex procedure and you should seek in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with prooven experise in nose surgery.
