Had a septorhinoplasty, can’t breathe properly and It’s asymmetrical. Is this normal or do I need a revision? (photos)

Kaykaay
I had a closed septorhinoplasty in Istanbul around 14 months ago. After the surgery I have struggled with my breathing even more than before. My second issue is the asymmetry. It’s mostly visible when I take pictures with my phone and the picture is flipped, but you can also see it in person. You can see it on the tip and nostrils. I have contacted my doctors assistant, and she tells me this is normal. I don’t know if I should consider a revision surgery, or wait.
