Hi, I had a rhinoplasty a couple of months ago and I am wondering why my nose looks different on my right then on my left. My 3/4 profile facing right is straighter (which is what I asked for), and my 3/4 profile facing left is more of a slight curved/ski slope appearance. My columella looks more raised on my left side than my right side which makes my tip look slight higher. My surgeon said I am thick skinned and says that it is swelling, Please can someone give their input.
