My nostrils don't have the teardrop shape and my footplates look like they have separated and collapsed and are hidden behind the alae, so I now have an acute nasolabial angle instead of a 95-100 degree angle. Would you suture the footplates together for strength? What do you think are the major problems with my lower lateral cartilages and septum?
