Small bump no nose: is this an easy revision? (photos)

I had a septo-rhino plastic and my nose looked ideal when it was swelled. Now that it’s healing there is a small bump causing a weird aesthetic. Is this an easy revision?

Hi, thank you for your question. As far as I see from the limited images, an open technique rhinoplasty would be needed to refine the tip&axis deviation of the nose bridge. Moreover, osteotomies are necessary to narrow side bones. Regards. OprDr. Cem Altindag

Based on your photos, you appear to have an indentation along your mid bridge. If this is the case, it may get better on its own.
