I had revision rhinoplasty 6 months ago to fix pinched tip and Hanging Columella. My surgeon used graft to fix the issues. Now I have more concerns. I have a long bridge with a bump that is more obvious from one side. When I smile nose gets a curvy. Nose tip is bulbous . I also have a raised scar tissue inside my nose that is visible. I wonder what could be the reason for dorsal bump. Could it be fixed by rasping? How early is it possible to shave /rasp the bump to create a slight slope? Thanks!
