As you are only six months postop, it is far too early to be discussing what could be done surgically since your result hasn’t resolved yet. I advise all patients to wait at least 12 months to see their final result before planning any additional rhinoplasty surgery. You are still swollen, and things can change drastically in the next six months. I recommend you continue to meet with your revision rhinoplasty surgeon at regular intervals to see what he or she recommends. Try not to stare or ruminate over your nose; you must give it time to heal. At the one-year mark, you can truly evaluate the result. If your surgeon is not comfortable performing revision rhinoplasties, and this is what is needed, I would advise consulting in person with a board certified plastic surgeon with decades of experience in revision rhinoplasty surgery.
