Had initialrhinoplasty in 2013 He chose to not break any bones. As the years went on I noticed the tip drastically change and become pointy and sharp almost, cartilage poking through. I decided to have the same surgeon attempt to revise it. He told me we would cut the “knuckled cartilage “ out and then use either cartilage from my ear or rib to the tip to reshape it. He did not do either and just cut the cartilage out and now there is a white dot poking through and pointy.
