Can revision with ear graft restore balance to upper lateral cartilages?

already had septorhinoplasty years ago, but had trauma during healing process. Then I had septoplasty with nasal valve repair but all it did was make one of my sides of nose appear wider. it was all done with closed technique, no external site for cartilage. endonasal procedure. Can revision rhinoplasty with ear graft restore balance to weak upper lateral cartilages successfully? Will osteotomy be successful a second time to accommodate for nasal trauma?
