I am 21 years old and I had a closed septorhiniplasty in 2019 by the NHS to correct my deviated septum as a result of a basketball injury. Unfortunately, the surgery was unsuccessful and there was no change in my nose externally or internally. I then had another surgery in 2020(open) abroad however the deviation is not corrected and now my nose has just changed cosmetically which I didn't want. It is over projected, the nostrils are asymmetrical and I don't like the tip of my nose.
