7 months out, very boxy, still excess skin. Doc says he can do lipo on stomach, another professional said without also skin tightening it will just be loose skin. One other surgeon said it was not pulled tight enough and should be able to bounce a quarter on stomach. It is better than what I went in as but for this money I should love it and I do not

Answer: Abdomen I suggest liposuction and minimally invasive kin tightening like Renuvion. Liposuction is not done in the center abdomen with the tuck to preserve best blood supply to the skin.

Answer: Need an exam I would recommend speaking to your surgeon and discussing options. It hard to say exactly what's going on without the op report or examining you in person but all these options can be valid.

Answer: Unhappy with results Thank you for your question regarding how to proceed since you are unhappy with your results and for including a photo. You will likely get many differing opinions from members of the RealSelf Community, but they have not personally seen or examined you. Nobody should know you or your unique set of circumstances better than your doctor. If you feel you are not being listened to or you are doubting your doctor’s recommendations, then it is certainly within your rights to seek a second opinion and get the advice from another board certified physician. This should be done through an in-person consultation with a thorough evaluation, including a review of your history, review of all prior treatment and with a physical examination. Hope this helps!

Answer: 7 months post-op not happy Hello! I would recommend talking to your surgeon directly and finding a solution with him/her, as any revision should be complementary. If you are uncomfortable about going back to him/her, I would suggest asking for your medical records, looking for another surgeon, and scheduling a consultation. Transferring your medical records to your new surgeon will help him/her to understand better what was done and plan better the revision surgery. Revisions surgeries can included liposuction, skin tightening, tummy tuck revision, fat transfer, etc.
