I would recommend speaking to your surgeon and discussing options. It hard to say exactly what's going on without the op report or examining you in person but all these options can be valid.

If you feel you are not being listened to or you are doubting your doctor’s recommendations, then it is certainly within your rights to seek a second opinion and get the advice from another board certified physician. This should be done through an in-person consultation with a thorough evaluation, including a review of your history, review of all prior treatment and with a physical examination.

Hello! I would recommend talking to your surgeon directly and finding a solution with him/her, as any revision should be complementary. If you are uncomfortable about going back to him/her, I would suggest asking for your medical records, looking for another surgeon, and scheduling a consultation. Transferring your medical records to your new surgeon will help him/her to understand better what was done and plan better the revision surgery. Revisions surgeries can included liposuction, skin tightening, tummy tuck revision, fat transfer, etc.

With any procedure, it takes up to a year for all of the post-operative swelling to diminish. Based on this statistic, I would wait until at least then to consider a revision procedure. I would consider speaking with your surgeon to discuss your concerns and options.

Thank you for your question and picture! I would recommend that you make an appointment with your surgeon that did the surgery and express your concerns prior to making any decisions on a touch up. Thank you for the question and photo.
I'm sorry to hear that you are not fully happy with your results.
One way to improve the breast shape and make it less boxy, is to remove excess skin making the skin envelope tighter.
I would also wait at least a full year from your original surgery prior to undergoing revision surgery because the wound healing takes up to 1 year to be completed.
I would definitely discuss your questions and concerns with your Plastic Surgeon.

It is impossible to objectively comment on your result without comparison to preoperative photos. You still have a larger breasts; the only way it can be corrected is with further reduction if you desire it? Very likely that liposuction of upper abdomen may be performed as well. Hope it helps.
