I am seriously considering a Mommy makeover and know I'm a good candidate for several procedures. I'm in good health. I"m not sure if it's better to do them all in one procedure, or separate procedures into stages. I believe I'm a good candidate for breast lift, bbl, tummy tuck and possibly thigh lift. Could you please share feedback about procedures and what order you would do operations, or do them together?
Answer: Surgery All these procedures are for you. Start with the one you desire the most. The breast lift and tummy tuck go well together and both let you sleep well on your back.

Answer: Re: order of operations Hello Custom222, it is best to do these in stages to minimize the time that you are under general anesthesia during surgery. The order can be discussed and planned with your plastic surgeon. One option would be to dot the TT and Lipo and BBL in one stage, and then breast lift +/- thigh lift later. The recovery for the thigh lift could be the hardest (depending on the type of lift). An in person consult would be needed to give you a more accurate and tailored answer. All the best!

Answer: Order of operations for procedures Thank you for your question regarding the order of operations for procedures you are interested in and for including photos. They are extremely helpful! From the photos attached, it is hard to tell if you would be a candidate for a thigh lift. I would ask your surgeon if the results will warrant the scar from the thigh lift. Regarding the breast lift, BBL, and tummy tuck, it does appear that you would be a candidate for those procedures. Again, I would talk to your surgeon about realistic expectations for the BBL as it appears that you do not have a large amount of excess fat. In my experience, performing multiple procedures in one surgery is doable. It will depend on the specific procedures and length of time needed for each. I recommend that you see two or more board certified plastic surgeons for an in person consultation to be sure.

Answer: I'm not sure about order of operations - breast lift, BBL, tummy tuck, and possibly a thigh lift Hello @custom222, thank you for your question. This depends on different factors. For my patients I always tell them to work on body first because a tummy tuck and lipo 360 implies a weight loss eventhought this procedures are for giving a better shape to the body they are going to affect the final appearance on the breast. Liposculture is a surgery for molding the body making it more harmonious, you do loose weight. So, you also lose weight in your breast because part of the mamary tissue is fat. What I see when the breast surgery is performed with full body Lipo and tummy tuck is the first few days you are perfect, with the results you want, but as the months go by, the breasts begin to fall and you begin to see that they become flaccid and smaller and you are unhappy with the results in the long term. It is important that you have a consultation with a board certified specialist to determine a surgical plan according to your needs. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.

Answer: Combination of procedures Hello and thank you for your question. It is common to combine multiple procedures at the same time, and it is typically safest to keep the general anesthesia time under 5-5.5 hours, as long as the patient is in good health. I would recommend to obtain an in person consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to further discuss your concerns, and expectations.
