I read the chin should project to a line drawn from the lip (if not further), as I've drawn on my photos. Based on that, it appears I would benefit from a chin implant. Would you agree? This is why I grow a beard, but I'd like to not have to. If you have any specific notes about how I should go about the procedure to maximize the appearance of the chin, please feel free to include. Jowls normally do form as one ages, and the chin implant you had years ago would not contribute to the formation of the jowls. In fact, the chin implant is most likely making the jowls appear better than they would be without the implant.
There are many, many stock implant options however based on the bi-angular width you drew you would fall out of what is available in the angle category. The chin projection you are desiring could be achieved with a stock anatomical or extended anatomical. If custom angles are still the goal, we...
